The Self-Worth Project, Phase 2

Anonymous responses turned into public signs

I translated 14 handwritten postcard responses into UK road sign inspired prompts.

The aim was to take private feelings around judgment and hiding, and return them to the public space they came from in a clearer, more supportive visual language. The system became posters, public mockups, an anaglyph comic, apparel and a publication.

Experts from leading UK universities (University of Cambridge, Durham University, Imperial College London) reviewed the responses for their sensitivity and suitability within a mental-health context.
