My name is Theresa. I’m a junior art director currently working at VML London. I started out in strategy, after a slightly unconventional route through business and international organisations, including Goldman Sachs, Bain and the UN, before moving into design and advertising.

Along the way, I spent time as a strategist at Jung von Matt, studied Visual Communication at the Royal College of Art (RCA), worked with Angus Hyland’s team at Pentagram, and was part of SCA’s London cohort of 2026.

I like working somewhere between thinking and making, where strategy, stories and visuals all feed into each other. Mostly, I love coming up with ideas, making them better with other people, and I sleep better when I know the details are okay…
